The house is located in a secure residential community on the South Coast. Within minutes of beautiful "Miami" beach, two surf spots and very close to kitesurfing spots, restaurants, bus stop, golfing and downtown Oistins where there is supermarket, rum shop, and the famous Fish Fry.

The wild waves splashing into the formative rocks with its blow holes makes the visit worth your while. Spend the time exploring the animal flower cave, eating lunch at the outdoor café, look at local crafts at the small local shops or enjoy the spectacular sunset.

The Seaside apartment is nothing but fantastic! The location is great, close to South point surf spot, 10 min walk to Freights, 15 min walk from Miami Beach and just a short drive away from Oistins. The apartment is new, everything is fresh and the big private terrace just next to the pool is a favourite place to sit and eat or just watch the waves rolling in. The landlord Mark, always with a smile on his face, is very attentive and helpful and makes sure you have everything you need in the apartment. We really enjoyed our two weeks and can certainly recommend it! Since it’s brand new the apartment might need some more decoration and kitchen appliances like a coffee machine but that’s a really small negative, the place is great!.

Thank you very much for allowing us to stay at you beautiful house. Mark was awesome! He went above and beyond the call of duty... Taking us to the surf shop to get boards and then sticking around for and hour to let is get a surf session in. He came by almost every day to check in on us. Thanks again PS you may want to mention in you listing that your location is only minutes from two surf points: South Point and Freights Bay. When booking it was hard to tell exactly where it is.

This property is fantastic in a lovely area with a great view of the sea. Close to a beach and a great area for surfing. Great sunsets to be had in this area also. Also only a short taxi ride away to the Fish Fry which is fantastic and a great atmosphere and short taxi to The Gap. A local restaurant walkable to Surfers right on the sea front. Great for friends, couples of families. The place has everything you need, with all the amenities and a fantastic pool also. The owners are fantastic and so lovely. They make you feel so welcome and nothing is to much trouble. If you need tips on things to do etc they can help you and if you need a taxi or other help they are always on hand to make sure you are sorted out. We had the best time and will be coming back at some point! You won’t be disappointed if you book!
